| 22 month old Race (right) and her brother Lance (left). This was their first day at the lake...by the end of our time there, Race was doing water retrieves like a pro. Lance loved the water, but was content to stand in the shallows waiting for Race to bring him the bumper! |

| On 7/16/06, Race and Lance got to go to the lake for the first time and learn to swim... Their very capable instructor was Cole, an Australian Shepherd owned by my friend, Lori Westling. |

| 6/28/08 ~ Race earned the first leg of her Novice FAST title, with a FIRST PLACE!!! 5/4/08 ~ Race completed her NAJ title!!! 5/3/08 ~ Race completed her NA with a perfect score and 4th place!!! She also earned her second NAJ leg and a 3rd place!!! 4/19/08 ~ Race earned her first NAJ leg with a perfect score and 3rd place!!! She also earned her second NA leg with a 3rd place!!! 3/14/08 ~ Race officially started her agility career today earning a 3rd place in Novice B Standard and winning the High Combined Rottweiler in Agility award!!! 1/10/08 ~ Race passed the CERF exam!!! 1/5/08 ~ Race made her agility debut in Novice Fast today. Given this was her first time in the ring, I used it like a fun match and designed a course she could be successful on and have a positive experience her first time out. She did BEAUTIFULLY!!! I'm very excited for our future in agility!!! 1/4/08 ~ Race passed her OFA Cardiac test conducted by a board certified cardiologist!!! |
