| All of Gable's kids from his first litter passed their Hips, Elbows, Eyes and Heart clearances!!! Gable has been recognized by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals as a "Champion of Health". |
| Race comes from a litter of very talented pups! There are multiple Rally, Obedience, Agility, Herding and Carting titles, along with various temperament tests. Race's sister Carley has earned an All Breed Obedience High in Trial from Novice A with her Junior handler, as well as 2007 Montana State 4-H High Scoring Novice Dog and High Scoring Working Dog awards. Race's brother Mack has earned multiple obedience High in Trial's, a carting High in Test, as well as receiving High Scoring Working Dog and High Scoring Rottweiler (obedience and rally) awards. Mack is also in the top 10 Carting Started dogs for 2007 and is an active therepy dog in a children's reading program. Race's sister Annie has proven the versatility of this litter by having great success in obedience, rally and herding, and was the only stock dog for the 2008 Belgian Sheepdog National Specialty herding trial. Race has earned a High Scoring Rottweiler in Agility Trial award and is currently in the ARC agility top 10 for 2008 in both Novice Standard and JWW. We are very pleased with the health clearances of Race's littermates so far: 7 out of 7 tested have received OFA Good hips 6 out of 7 tested have received OFA Normal elbows, the 7th received DJD I 7 out of 7 tested have received OFA Normal cardiac 7 out of 7 tested have passed their CERF exam 5 out of 5 tested have received OFA Normal patella Like her parents and siblings, Race is dying to work. She loves to do anything and everything, has tons of food and play drive, and has proven herself to be a very smart girl. We are very excited to be starting her working career in the coming months!!! We are also VERY excited about the Gable and Race combination and the prospect of puppies with lots of drive, biddability, Rottweiler type and most importantly excellent temperaments and health. |
